Structure and working principle of rotary kiln
The cylinder body of rotary kiln is made of steel coil, the cylinder body is lined with refractory lining, and the slope is specified with the level. It is supported by three wheel belts on each supporting device, and a large tooth ring is fixed on the trans-inner cylinder near the wheel belt at the feeding end with a tangential spring plate, and a pinion engages with it under it. During normal operation, the main drive motor transmits power to the open gear device through the main reducer to drive the rotary kiln. The material enters the kiln from the end of the kiln (the high end of the cylinder) for calcination. Due to the tilt and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material both rolls in the circular direction and moves along the axial direction (from high to low end), continuing to complete the process of decomposition and firing, after physical and chemical changes, and finally, the generated clinker is cooled by the kiln head into the grate cooler. The fuel is injected into the kiln by the kiln head, and the exhaust gas generated by combustion is heated with the material, and then exported by the kiln tail.
