Wet rotary kiln features
Because the raw material is made of mud, it has strong adaptability to heterogeneous raw materials, uniform raw material composition, stable process, high quality of fired clinker, high clinker strength grade, less dust in the grinding process, less fly ash at the kiln tail. However, the evaporation of 30% to 40% of the slurry water in wet production requires greater heat consumption, and the energy consumption accounts for 1/2 to 1/3 of the cement cost, which is higher than that of vertical kiln and dry rotary kiln. Due to high heat consumption, large energy consumption, and large water consumption during production, water resources consumption, China has listed wet cement production as limited elimination kiln.

5. Can quickly adapt to incoming material changes, the shape and length of the flame, the position of the flame should be easy to control and adjust. 
6. It has strong adaptability to combustion quality. 
7. The ambient temperature of the wet rotary kiln is very high, the rotary kiln nozzle should have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, and effective high temperature resistance measures should be used to prevent the nozzle from being burned.
