Raw material grinding mill

Product overview: The raw material mill uses a large cover, that is, the end cover and the hollow shaft are the whole casting parts. A unique streamlined design is adopted in the large end cap and discharge system, which reduces the ventilation resistance, increases the effective volume, is easy to discharge, and improves the mill output. The raw material mill is a single bin structure, and the grinding liner is designed in combination. Different lining structures are adopted for different stages of raw material grinding, which greatly improves the grinding efficiency. The working pressure in the raw material mill is negative pressure, which effectively prevents the occurrence of powder leakage. The drying hot air introduces air into the high-temperature exhaust gas at the end of the kiln, and the heat preservation measures are adopted in the raw material mill, and the drying capacity of the material reaches 6% ~ 8%.
